Problema: As brancas jogam e ganham

No recente torneio Linares, na ultima ronda, Topalov ganhou a Gelfand com um lance bonito, na posição abaixo...

Topalov vencedor em Linares 2010 !

Topalov,V (2805) - Gelfand,B (2761) [C42]

Na décima e ultima ronda deste torneio, Vallejo empatou com Grischuk e Topalov ganhou a Gelfand e ganhou o torneio. Continua nº 2 do Mundo, atrás de Carlsen.
Aronian também ganhou a Gashimov.

Gelfand jogou o final de forma menos precisa e abandonou depois de um lance bonito de Topalov...

Onten foi dia de descanso em Linares...

Linares vai já na sua 8ª ronda. Faltam assim duas rondas somente para o final. Gashimov novamente tentou a sorte numa Benoni e desta vez foi Grischuk o carrasco, que assim ganhou um ponto ao lider, já que todos os outros empataram novamente.

Na ronda 2 de Linares 2010 Aronian "deixa passar" lance ganhador, segundo o jovem GM Anish Giri (recente vencedor em Corus 2010).

Linares 2010: Embate dos lideres - Topalov vs. Grischuk

Na 5ª ronda os lideres defrontaram-se ! A vitoria foi de Topalov que ao derrotar Grischuk, isolou-se no 1º lugar deste super-torneio de Linares com um ponto de avanço.

Nas outras mesas, Gashimov de negras ganhou a Francisco Vallejo, e Aronian, apesar de ter peão a mais, teve de se contentar com um empate frente a Gelfand.

Após 2 sessões decorridas no Torneo Internacional de Ajedrez “Ciudad de Linares” , Topalov e
Grischuk seguem na frente.

Após 3 empates na ronda 1, a ronda 2 foi mais disputada.
